Tivarri Eagleton’s path to aesthetics is anything but conventional—and that breadth of experience is one of her greatest strengths.
Before entering medicine, Tivarri built a career in marketing and technology at the Fortune 500 level, developing an expertise in brand strategy, growth, and the systems required to build organizations people trust. When her husband’s career created an opportunity for their family to relocate, Tivarri saw an opportunity to reinvent her own. She returned to school, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, and began a new career in healthcare.
What started as a professional transition quickly became a calling.
Tivarri began at the bedside, where she developed what she considers the foundation of exceptional medicine: truly individualized patient care. That experience continues to shape her approach today. She believes every patient deserves to be seen as an individual—not as a treatment plan—and that the best aesthetic outcomes begin with listening, understanding, and creating a plan specific to the person in front of her.
A natural ability to marry nursing, medical science, artistry, and beauty ultimately led Tivarri to aesthetic medicine. She fell in love with the field and, true to her entrepreneurial nature, decided to build something of her own: Jeuje Aesthetics & Wellness.
At Jeuje, Tivarri’s philosophy is centered on optimizing natural beauty rather than changing what makes someone uniquely themselves. Known for her keen eye for balance, meticulous technique, and commitment to natural-looking results, she approaches aesthetics with both the precision of a medical professional and the perspective of an artist. Her ambition continually drives her to seek advanced techniques, technologies, and products so her patients can benefit from the very best the aesthetics industry has to offer.
But for Tivarri, Jeuje has grown to represent something larger than aesthetics.
What drives her most is the privilege of making an impact—helping patients feel more confident in their own skin while building an environment where talented professionals can grow, thrive, and create careers they are proud of. Having benefited from the mentorship and generosity of successful women throughout her own journey, Tivarri is equally passionate about extending that support to others.
Her experience as both a clinician and entrepreneur has also given her a deep appreciation for what it takes to build a successful aesthetic practice. Her philosophy is simple: master your craft first. Become an exceptional injector. Then learn the discipline of business—systems, operations, KPIs, marketing, social media, leadership, and growth.
Tivarri believes opportunity exists even in the face of barriers, and her own career is proof that the path forward does not always have to be the one you originally planned.
Her advice to anyone standing at the edge of their own next chapter is equally simple:

Medical Director | Board-Certified Anesthesiologist
Dr. Eagleton is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and serves as the Medical Director of Jeuje Aesthetics & Wellness.
Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Eagleton received a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance from The University of Texas at Austin then attended The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston for medical school where he also completed a residency in Anesthesiology. For over 13 years, he has cared for patients at some of their most vulnerable times.
As an anesthesiologist, Dr. Eagleton performs various procedures including IV starts and blood draws, peripheral nerve blocks, central and arterial lines as well as epidural and spinal anesthetics.
Anesthesiologists exhibit excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination. It is this set of skills that Dr. Eagleton offers to aesthetics patients.
Dr. Eagleton has been married for 27 wonderful years to Tivarri, the Founder of Jeuje Aesthetics and Wellness. They have 2 adult children and enjoy their empty-nest life. Dr. Eagleton divides time between Jeuje Aesthetics and as a partner in a private anesthesia practice.

Over the past ten years, I have worked in a primary care setting, managing a diverse range of patient needs and health conditions. Deanna Nguyễn is a Wichita native, proud second-generation Vietnamese-American, and the face behind @thenursedeanna. She graduated with honors from Wichita State University with degrees in Nursing and Health Science. She has also held leadership roles in several nonprofit organizations focused on culture and community, including Miss Vietnam Wichita, the Wichita Asian Association, and Miss Kansas.
From the beginning of her nursing journey, Deanna knew exactly where she wanted to be: aesthetics. After graduating, she went straight into aesthetic medicine and has spent the past 2+ years building her expertise in the field she always dreamed of pursuing. For Deanna, aesthetics is where her love for nursing, beauty, and art come together.
Known for her educational approach, honest recommendations, and attention to detail, Deanna takes the time to listen and ensure every patient feels heard, comfortable, and confident in their care. She provides thoughtful, individualized care to every patient, focusing on enhancing natural features and creating results that feel refreshed, balanced, and authentically you.

Monica is an aesthetic nurse injector at Jeuje Aesthetics & Wellness with over 7 years of nursing experience, including ICU and pre/post-op care. She loves helping clients feel confident by enhancing their natural beauty and takes a personalized approach to every treatment.
Monica is passionate about educating her clients on procedures and aftercare, ensuring they understand the “why” behind each recommendation while creating customized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals. As a nurse injector, she continues to refine her skills and stay up to date with the latest aesthetics techniques.
Her favorite treatments include SkinPen microneedling and facial balancing, where she blends clinical knowledge with an artistic eye to deliver natural, balanced results.
AUDREY RICHARDSON

Audrey Richardson is a seasoned aesthetician with a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry. Her aesthetics journey began with a strong foundation, graduating from Eric Fisher Academy. Committed to excellence, Audrey’s pursuit of knowledge has navigated a path of continuing education that has included specialized trainings for dermaplaning, chemical peels, product knowledge and advanced clinical procedures. In addition to providing unmatched skincare, Audrey has also expanded her skillset by becoming a certified permanent makeup artist.
Nationally recognized as a SkinCeutical’s ambassador, Audrey is a master of product knowledge. Her philosophy centers on the belief that knowledge is power. Being able to curate the most effective at-home routine to compliment professional treatments is key to achieving the best results. In addition to completing the esteemed SkinCeutical’s program, Audrey has completed certifications and training to include: VI Peel, LightStim, Hydrafacial, Coolsculpting, Dermaplane Pro, SkinScript Pro, RF Microneedling, SkinPen.
Before delving into the world of aesthetics, Audrey honed her skills in the medical field, gaining valuable experience in patient care and communication that uniquely compliments her role as an aesthetician. Audrey’s aesthetic career spans not only a decade but her experience in every facet of the industry has shaped her into the well-rounded professional she is today; she has worked in plastic surgery, a commission based spa and ultimately owned and operated her own successful aesthetic’s business before transitioning into her medical aesthetic’s role at Jeuje.
